But it’s one of those obviously not engaged situations where people put shit like that as their relationship status because they think relationship statuses are bullshit. Kind of like when people my age put “widowed” as their relationship status. Probably not widowed. In fact, this girl doesn’t have boyfriends, and doesn’t like to date people. In fact, last time I hung out with her, she told me that she was questioning her sexuality, and she thought she might be in love with my best friend who was/still is dating her best friend.

Anyways, there’s all these comments (like 12) that are like “who’s the lucky man!?!?” “congrats! this is so exciting!” “MAZEL TOV!” etc.

All of these people obviously don’t care enough to keep in touch with her or they would know it was fake, you know what I mean? This kind of shit is why I am starting to despise social networking/ facebook in particular.
